The back massage helps above all with back complaints, but also with other functional disorders that originate from the spine. The back massage affects the skin, connective tissue, muscles and nerves.
Use for shoulder-neck complaints, shoulder-arm syndrome, headaches, general back complaints and states of tension.

The effect of the full body massage is similar to that of the back massage.
In addition, the legs, shoulders and arms are also massaged.

The aroma body massage is exactly the same as the classic full body massage in terms of procedure and scope.
High-quality aromatic oils are used here, which have either a relaxing, balancing or stimulating effect and thus effectively support the massage.

Sauna

Enjoy relaxing hours in the wellness oasis with three saunas and a relaxation room. At the nymphe strandhotel & flats you will find a salt sauna with 95 degrees, a bio sauna with 65 degrees and an aroma caldarium with 45 degrees. Afterwards you can relax in the relaxation room with a small indoor and outdoor area.
