Die Deutsche Bahn bietet von Berlin 1x und von Hamburg 3x täglich direkte IC-Verbindungen nach Binz mit Anschlüssen aus ganz Deutschland an. Bei allen anderen Zügen müssen Sie Umsteigehalte in Stralsund und Lietzow in Kauf nehmen.
Travelling by night train from Switzerland, southern and western Germany to Binz is pleasant (summer only).

The train station is only an 8-minute walk from the hotel.

Your personal itinerary

From Berlin (west):
Coming from the A 19, at the Rostock junction take the A 20 towards Stettin.

From the direction of Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein:
Coming from the A1, take the A20 at Lübecker Kreuz.

For all then: Leave the A 20 motorway at the Stralsund/Rügen exit and take the B 96 motorway. Pass Stralsund and cross the new Rügen Bridge in the direction of Sassnitz/Bergen. Shortly before Bergen, change to the B 196 for 8 km and then follow the signs to "Binz" for the last 12 km. At the entrance to the town, look out for the blue hotel route.

The relaxed side street alternative:

Leave the B 96 motorway at the Reinberg exit (look for the valid ferry symbol!) and follow the country road to Stahlbrode harbour. Take the Glewitz ferry to Rügen (journey time: approx. 12 min.). Follow the signs to Putbus/Binz through the beautiful avenues of the "Alte Bäderstraße".

Please note: The beach promenade is the hotel's postal address, but it is closed to cars. Therefore, please approach via Lottumstraße (one-way street). The hotel entrance with reception is located there at Lottumstraße 28, parallel to the beach promenade.
