Cancellation by the Customer (Withdrawal, Cancellation)

(In case of cancellation by the customer following conditions apply)

- 14 to 7 days before departure: 40% of the invoice

- From the 6th day before departure: 60% of the invoice sum

– For cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show, 80% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

– In the event of early departure by 2:00 p.m., in addition to the amount due up to the day of departure, 80% of the accommodation charges for the remaining nights will be charged.

– In the event of early departure after 2:00 p.m., in addition to the amount due up to the day of departure, 90% of the accommodation charges for the remaining nights will be charged.

Cancellation of group reservations (from 4 rooms):

- 31 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the invoice sum

- 14 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the invoice

– For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, 90% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

– In the event of early departure by 2:00 p.m., in addition to the amount due up to the day of departure, 80% of the accommodation charges for the remaining nights will be charged.

– In the event of early departure after 2:00 p.m., in addition to the amount due up to the day of departure, 90% of the accommodation charges for the remaining nights will be charged.
